*Kindly submit the required documents at least three (3) weeks prior to your departure date to have enough time for the processing of your visa.

Visa Requirements for Tourist

(1) All documents must be printed in A4 size paper

(2) Please note that upon the presentation of documents to the Embassy, the Embassy Consul may require additional documents and/or charge additional fees that are not specified in the standard list of requirements. The additional requirements and/or charges are based solely, on the discretion of the Embassy Consul. This may result to a delay in the processing of the visa application.

(3) Only package tours arranged by a registered travel agency in Japan with ERFS
* Travel agencies are required to register in advance information of participants in the package tour with ERFS.

VALID PASSPORT six (6) months from the date of travel, including old passport/s
-Passport with at least two blank and unused visa page
-Application may not be accepted if passport is broken, damaged or soiled.

COMPLETED visa application form - should be printed in A4 size paper | DOWNLOAD FILE ->
-Please do not staple documents. Issuance receipts of certificates are not necessary and to be removed.
-Application forms with blank fields will not be accepted. If you don’t have applicable information, please fill in “N/A”
-Application forms without date of application and signature will not be accepted. For the date of application, please fill in the date of submission to the accredited travel agency

Two (2) pcs recent photo
-Please submit a 4.5 x 3.5 (cm) photo taken within six months from the date of application.
-Please write your full name and date of birth on the back of photo.
-Colored photo on White background
-Applicant should be in decent attire: dark top with collar & sleeves

For package tour accompanied by tour guide through all the travel
