The TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS holds a World Athletics Platinum Label status and stands as the only remaining legacy event from the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Starting at North Sydney, this marathon takes you around Sydney's iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and finishing at the Sydney Opera House. In its second year as an Abbott World Marathon Major in 2026, 40,000 marathon participants experienced its wonderful terrain of rolling hills with some significant uphill and downhill sections.
